QUALITY & PRODUCTION CONTROL

QUALITY & PRODUCTION CONTROL

We are in control of the whole process. From the moment the fabric is cut in the factories, we follow the production process step by step. There are many details in garment production that need to be checked. We carry out inline inspections as needed, as well as a final inspection. Our acceptable quality level (AQL) is 2.5, which is the worldwide standard in garments.

FIT + AQL 2.5

A good fit is the basis for optimum comfort. We use the Alvanon standard to find the right size, the standard applied by the biggest names in the fashion industry. Our test panel also tries our clothes for size all in the interests of maximum comfort.

As soon as a production run is ready and complete, we perform a final inspection. We use the globally recognized norm Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) 2.5 so as to guarantee our quality standards.
